The coaching process
Coaching uses a process of inquiry and personal discovery to build your level of awareness and responsibility, as well as provide you with structure, support and effective feedback.
Essentially, coaching is a process of discovery, goal-setting and strategic action that leads to extraordinary outcomes.
The process consists in a series of “coaching sessions” that are meant to define specific and observable outcomes. Movement toward these outcomes becomes the central focus of the coaching relationship.
